Sticking to Tradition

Clealiness, freshness, and simplicity. Though the menu boasts a great variety in its ethnicity- one can find dishes from all over Chinese cuisine (and a few unique ones all our own). Stir Fries

Varied, quick, and fresh. Stir fries are made using high heat and high speed. This allows both ingredients and flavour to stay crisp, clean, and fresh. Its also good if your in a hurry.

Sha Guo

Warm and flavourful, this clay-pot (Sha Guo) stew is a wonderful comfort food. Though slightly slower to leave the kitchen, its tantalizing taste is worth it.

Griddles

A combination of high heat and spices make these really fun to eat. One can't help but smile in anticipation as the air is filled with the aroma of boiling soup. And that's before eating it.

Song Hao Wang

EXECUTIVE MANAGER

Should one ever have a question about the menu or the restaurant in general, Mr.Wang is the man to ask. Easily recognizable by his height and smiling face, he is always happy to help. Always ask him about our special dishes-the ones in Chinese only.

Yu Shuang Gao

HEAD CHEF

Having grown up in rural Northeastern China, the head chef has a particular fondness for traditional, day to day fare. Preferring to let the ingredients do most of the work, the food is always freshly made and meticulously prepped.
